We’ve dealt with the issue of majorities in the Arab states and made a comparison table (see fig. T30) that presents the majorities needed in different cases (relative, absolute, qualified) (relative = half the present members + 1, absolute = half the council’s members + 1, qualified = more than half the members usually 2/3 or ¾).
