Conclusion:

Throughout the above mentioned comparison tables we tried to perform a comparison between the different legislative regulations of 17 Arab states.

These comparison tables don’t present all the data related to the legislative regulations of these states but just point out the important ones.

We didn’t try to fix any error or gaps we found in these regulations, for two main reasons: 1st it’s not part of this study, 2nd it’s a mission for professionals and this comparison study will be an important guide to them in this mission, it will also be a good reference to every legal-constitutional researcher.
